1986 KERA Nightwatch episode on the issue of AIDS quarantine legislation. Featured speakers are Bill Nelson, President of the Dallas Gay Alliance, and Ohio State Representative Don Gilmore, sponsor of the Quarantine Provision proposal legislation being introduced to the Ohio legislature. Gilmore speaks in support of quarantining AIDS victims to their home or their car, and considers AIDS a "social disease." Bill Nelson speaks against the quarantine and in support of education and further scientific research. Footage is included of Robert Bernstein, Texas Health Commissioner, asking the Board of Health to withdraw the proposed AIDS rule from consideration.

Edited transcript of a diary kept by Bill Nelson, Jr. from January 31 to August 2, 1971 while he was living in Paris, France for eight months in his early twenties. The original handwritten diary has been transcribed and images of subjects mentioned are embedded in the text. In the diary Nelson details his sightseeing trips in France, as well as his romantic and sexual encounters with men.
