Arts council awards grants

Following is a list of the twelve organizations and the amount of money received from the Greater Arts Council. The goal of the Arts Partner Schools effort, sponsored by the Annenberg Foundation, the Getty Education Institute for the Arts and the National Arts Education consortium, is to measure the academic performance of the students at these thirty-six schools. The grant will pay to train their teachers and to purchase new materials.
