Description: Clipping of an article regarding the announcement of the construction contracts that will let the Dallas Citizens' Interracial Association pursue their development for Hamilton Park. While housing was the first priority, the construction of sanitary water and sewer lines are also serving the project as well. The Hamilton subdivision project is named in memory of R.T. Hamilton, a physician whose motivation was to improve the Black communities in Dallas.
