Printed on the cover are the words, "The Forty-Seventh Annual Commencement of North Texas State Teachers College. Denton, Texas. Wednesday, May the twenty-sixth. Nineteen hundred and thirty-seven at eight o'clock in the evening. The Auditorium." The program includes the order of service and a list of graduates for both the baccalaureate and master degrees.

[Library Building exterior in 1937, North Texas State Teachers College]

Description: The North Texas State Teachers College Library Building exterior in 1937, taken from across the street. The street, Avenue B, can be seen in front of the building. A row of small trees are placed adjacent to the sidewalk in front of the building. This building served as the university's library until 1971, shortly after the A.M. Willis Library was built. It was renamed the Information Science Building in 1971/1972 and then later renamed as Sycamore Hall in 2011.
