Podcast produced by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) that features an interview with Dr. Ohad Shemmer, astrophysicist and Associate Professor at UNT. Susan and Dr. Shemmer discuss terms related to astrophysics, including the difference between being an astronomer and an astrophysicist, and the relation between black holes and quasars. They also discuss his inspiration behind becoming an astrophysicist, and how discoveries in the field allow scientists to understand the universe.
