Police say the body has been there for about 3 weeks, it was found with a billfold containing a 20 dollar bill and a rotted one dollar bill. An identification card was also found, it was badly faded but will be treated with chemicals to bring out the printing on it. 25 year old Freddie Lee Turner discovered the body a short distance from Forest Lawn Cemetary.
