YF-16 fighter with four men sitting in front of it. This photo shows the YF-16 forward fuselage mounted on a rocket sled that would be used to test the ejection qualities of the prototype article. There appear to be a test dummy in the cockpit, probably was instrumented to ensure ejection loads were compatible with human life. Also it was part of the "Lightweight Fighter" competition against the FY-17 from Northrup. General Dynamics won the competition.
