The National Museum of the Pacific War presents an interview with Calvin Stowell. Stowell joined the Army in June of 1943. He served as a rifleman and litter-bearer with the 41st Infantry Division, 116th Medical Unit. He was deployed in June of 1944 to the island of Biak.
