This picture appears to have been taken from a spot above the Galveston Port Area near the grain elevator. Two large ships, one of which is a cargo ship, is visible in front of a large building on stilts which is near the grain elevator and in front of a mult-storied warehouse. A large white ship, which may be a passenger ship, is moored next to the cargo ship.
