A letter written to Mr. Carswell from Mrs. Caldwell, Clyde Texas, dated November 14, 1944. Caldwell expresses her appreciation for the letter from Carswell and for his friendship advising that she had heard Walter say many times that "there isn't any one in the world, outside my own family, that I love more than I do Tommy Carswell".
