[Memorandum from Major L. M. Fellbaum to T. N. Carswell - June 9, 1943]

Description: A memorandum from L. M. Fellbaum, Major, Q. M. C., Policy Supervisor to Mr. T. N. Carswell dated June 9, 1943. Fellbaum instructs Carswell regarding itinerary additions for Tom Green County Local Board No. 2 instructing Carswell to visit that board between his work at Irion and Concho Counties. Fellbaum adds a handwritten note complimenting the average number of reports by Carswell as 200% and to keep up the good work.
