Copy photograph of a portrait of the Forbus family. Luther and Nannie Forbus stand behind their two youngest children Mary Frances Forbis and Orval John Forbis, who stand and sit on stools. The children, a toddler and a baby, wear white dresses. Nannie Forbus also wears a white dress with a flower pinned to the front. Luther Forbus wears a three-piece suit. Behind them is a painted backdrop of curtains. Below the photograph is a typed note that says, "Luther & Nannie Forbus and daughters."
