A form letter addressed to Other Medicinal Permit Holders of Texas, from City Drug, Inc., Perryton, Texas, (J. H. Brashears, President), dated October 19, 1940. Brashears advises of his support for the plan to protect the present law which permits druggists to dispense liquor by prescriptions under the medicinal permit law. He compels druggists to contribute $100 to the fund and recommends Mr. Max Boyer believing that much good will be accomplished through his endeavors and the other connections he has in Austin.
A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Annie C. Whiteside, Registrar, Randolph-Macon Woman's College, Lynchburg, Virginia, dated, February 19, 1940. Whiteside acknowledges to Carswell the receipt of the application and reservation fee for his daughter's admission to Randolph-Macon advising that they will write regarding her credits after receipt of her high school transcript.
Letter from Darall G. Hawk to Sayles & Sayles discussing the Edna Betty lease. Hawk discusses the hazard involved with one of the requirements and that O'Loughlin is not inclined to executed any of the legal instruments. Hawk wants to waive the matter but wants a professional opinion from Sayles & Sayles.

Sayles also mentions that the sub-purchaser's interest in the land is not protected. Sayles states that the Lyle heirs could institute a suit to foreclose the vendor's lien. He gives multiple cases as a supplement for his explanation.
