Description: Report typed by an unknown author concerning the activities of Jack Ruby. The report regards an interview with Ron Jenkins, of K. B. O. X. Radio Station. Jenkins stated that reporters were losing their press passes in the building, and he saw a man wearing a pass that was not his - but it was not Ruby. Jenkins found another press pass and returned it to its owner.

Description: Report typed by an unknown author concerning the activities of Jack Ruby. The report regards an interview with Sam Pate of K. B. O. X. Radio Station. Pate stated that he observed Ruby in the assembly room in the basement of City Hall on Friday night, November 22, 1963. Pate knew Ruby well and was not sure how he got in the assembly room. After leaving the basement, he introduced Ruby to Jerry Kunkle, and Ruby tried to hand out passes to the Carousel Club.

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Jerry D. Hutchinson concerning his assignment and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Hutchinson states that he was positioned across from the jail office entrance when Oswald was brought out, and that when he turned the corner at the end of the hallway he was shot. Hutchinson states that he did not see the actual shooting.

He states that he was assigned to the sidewalk near the ramp exit from the City Hall basement, and that he did not know Jack Ruby and never saw him.

McMillon states that he was assigned to the basement of City Hall on November 24, 1963 for security during the transfer of Oswald. He describes seeing Jack Ruby yell at Oswald and lunge toward him to shoot him. He states that he stayed with Ruby until approximately 3:25 p. m. that day.
