Austin, in which Chamberlain informs Austin that he has purchased part of John Cummings' interest in the silver mine on the Trinity River. Jones requests further information regarding plans to put bring the mine into production, as well as, the current value of the mineral. Jones also suggests to Austin that would be to the benefit of the enterprise to arrange a meeting of the shareholders in the coming year.
