[Petition for clemency for Roberto Jimenez sent to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles]

Description: Unsigned, undated copy of petition asking for clemency be granted to Roberto Jimenez of Harlingen, Texas sent to The Honorable Board of Pardons and Paroles in Austin, Texas. Jimenez was convicted on May 13, 1952 and sentenced to 10 years in the penitentiary. The petitioners feel the sentence was too severe and give character references to back up their plea.
