It is not clear whether this is a 'Mexican Church' somewhere in El Paso, Texas or a 'Mexican Church' somewhere in Mexico. Unfortunately we could not find any corroborating historical information that the Army Officer seen here, on horseback front, is in fact a Colonel Girrard with the U.S. Army ca. 1914.
