Description: Contract between Hattie M. Sayles and the West Texas Construction Company granting the construction company a mechanic's lien on Sayles' property in Abilene, Texas until the costs for improvements to the property are paid. There are two stamps on the back of the document, one assigning the contract from the West Texas Construction Company to Texas Bitulithic Company, and one assigning the contract from the Texas Bitulithic Company to the Central Trust Company of Illinois.
