Govuernor'8 Mensage.
In "Exhibit D " will be found the cases and amounts of rewards offered
be me and paid upon my order, the annual appropriations being sufficient
to pay all claims that have been properly presented.
They are fifty-four in number, aggregating the amount of $12,006 32,
being an average of $223 48 for each one.
