SPECIAL LECTURES.
Brother and Sister Sewell have promised to be with the school
during the last week in January. Brother Sewell will deliver a
series of lectures on school life and general problems that affect
young people. Sister Sewell will lecture to the young women
of the institution. These lectures will be from hearts that are
full of love for God and will come from twelve years of experience
in the care and education of young people.
BIBLE LECTURE WEEK.
Every year Abilene Christian College devotes the last week
in February to a series of lectures by representative brethren,
furnishing students and others who attend an opportunity of
hearing strong men on great and vital subjects. The delightful
"fellowship of kindred minds" is also sufficient to justify having
such a meeting.
John T. Hinds, an outstanding man, has been secured to deliver
the principal addresses for 1925. These will be supplemented
by some ten or twelve other strong men. Definite announcement
of these will be made later.73
