General Psychology.
125.-Elementary Psychology. A\ general introductory course
which gives a brief survey of ti3 scope of general psychology.
Text: Bennett, Psychology and Self Development.
325.-Advanced Psychology. This course presents a general
study of the mental processes. It is helpful to all work in pedagogy
and philosophy and should enable the student to appreciate
critically whatever he may read along psychological lines. The
experiments are of three orders: individual experiments, class
demonstrations, class experiments.
Applied Psychology.
103.-Elementary Educational Psychology. This course deals
with those phases of psychology which throw light upon the process
of learning. Text: Psychology for Students of Education
by Gates.
103A.-Educational Psychology. A course having to do
with the application of the principles of psychology to teaching
the common branches. Class experiments form a part of the
work. Text: LaRue, The Child's Mind and the Common
Branches.
213.-The Adolescent. A course dealing with the facts and
principles of physical, mental, moral and religious development
throughout the period of adolescence.
235.-A general course in Applied Psychology. A special
study of psychological investigations, and of practical applications

of the development and use of standard tests and scales in the
measurement of schoolroom instruction for the elementary grades.
