Texas is approaching an important landmark in its history, it's sesquicentennial
anniversary, celebrating 150 years of independence
and freedom.
The Texas Historical Foundation is helping to celebrate that
event by offering a special limited edition of lithographic prints.
These beautiful four color reproductions were created expressly for
the Foundation by three nationally acclaimed Texas artists.
The Texas Historical Foundation is proud to offer this limited edition
of prints to individuals who renew their membership or become
a new member during the first quarter of 1985.
Texas has always been rich in history and cultural origins. Lithographs
representing our heritage can become valuable historical
documents in the future. They depict our past by visually showing
us the way things were; for instance, an historic event or the way
our ancestors lived.
Your contribution will make a difference in the Foundation's efforts

As Texans we take great pride in our heritage. We also share a
