The undersigned, Eli C. Gray, owner of survey No. Two hundred sixtyfour
(264) in Block No. Forty-three(43) located by virtue of certificate
No. 36/3830 issued to the H. &. T. C. By. Co., situated in Lipscomb
County, Texas, hereby certifies that the first addition to the Higgins
Texas Cemetery has been surveyed and platted upon the above described
section of land. That the plat to which this is attached, is a true and
correct plat of said addition to said cemetery. That said addition to
said cemetery is situated upon the above described land at a point
thirty (30) feet south from the north line of said survey and Twelve
hundred thirty-six (1236) feet east from the west line of said survey
and immediately adjoining on the west side of the original site or said
Higgins Texas oaseterp and said addition is platted into blocks, lots,
walks and drive ways.
The undersigned hereby conveys and dedicates to the use of the
public when visiting said cemetery for any lawful purpose, the walks and
drive ways designated on this plat,
witness my hand this 2nd day of June A, D. 1921o
