Warranty Deed.
The State of Texas,
County of Li-scomb. ( Know All Men By These Presents:
That Wee, Jacob M. Koch and Amalia Koch, husband and wife, of the County of Linscomb, State
of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 Dollar to us in hand paid by
St. Johns' Lutheran Churct, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Sold and
Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant,Sell and Convey unto the said.St. Johns' Lutheran
Church, of the County of Linscomb, State of Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of land
situated in Linscomb County, Texas, more particularly described as follows:
Being a part of Section No.514, in Block No. 43, situated in the Northwest corner of the
East Half of said Section No. 514;
Beginning at the 6.W. corner of the East Half of said Section 514; Thence East 10 rods;
Thence South 16 rods; ihVence West 10 rods; Thence North 16 rods to the place of beginning,
containing one acre of land, more or less.
It is agreed and understood that should the land herein conveyed be at any time hereafter
not used for a jlace of burial, that the title to same shall revert back to the grantors; and
also that the mineral rights are not herein conveyed.
To Have and To Hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the Sights
and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said St.Johns' Lutheran Church, and
its successors or assigns, forever; and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and
administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular the said premises unto the
said St. Johnt. Lutheran Church, and its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
Witness our hands at LiDscomb, Texas, this 17th day of October, A. D. 1950.

this day personally appeared Jacob I. Koch, known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed
to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that he Executed the same for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
Given under my hand and seal of office, this 17th day of October, A. D. 1950.

willingly signed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed, and that she
did not wish to retract it.
