Miss Agnes Martin, of San Ant-
onio, at the Cap Reek, 16 miles
South of Town,
Mr. Martin proved an expert
at roasting chickens and the
crowd all experts at eating. A
jolly bunch that thanked Mr. and
Mra. Martin, for one of the best
times they ever had and returned
to town at the / wee small hours".

Justice of the Court of Civil Appeals
for the 7th Supreme Judicial District
•f Texas. Judge Fisher grew to man-
lood in Rusk and Greeg Counties,
Texas, coming West about twenty-
leven years ago. He lived for a few
fears in Knox and Brisco Counties,
nd located permanently in Hemphill
County twenty years ago. Judge Fish-
er is in the prime of life, a close stu-
3ent of the law, and well fitted for

The Baptist revival which bo-
gun at the tabernacle last Sun-
day morning with Rev. Hicks
preaching Sunday and Monday,
is still in progress.

since that time Rev. Key hat1

a judgement rendered on the 28th day
of January l'J 13 in favor of C M. Byrd
