Chapter 133 H.B. No. 3287 1 AN ACT 2 relating to license renewals by the Texas Department of Licensing 3 and Regulation. 4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: 5 SECTION 1. Sections 51.401(c) and (d), Occupations Code, 6 are amended to read as follows: 7 (c) A person whose license has been expired for more than 90 8 days but less than 18 months [en yea*] may renew the license by 9 paying to the department a renewal fee that is equal to two times 10 the normally required renewal fee.
