SERVICE
The keyword of the day: SERVICE.
Through the scoutmaster to the boy, through the
boy to the world, the Boy Scout Movement is
SERVICE.
The heart of the Boy Scout Movement is the
scoutmaster.
Its backbone is its Registration System.
The registration system insures businesslike or-
ganization and administration^ and cooperative
and uniform activities throughout the field.
SERVICE—
The Boy Scout Movement is service from the
National Council to the Scoutmaster, from the
Scoutmaster to the Scout, from the Scout to the
World, made possible by businesslike organiza-
tion and administration which is dependent upon the
prompt payment of the registration fee.
The Registration Fee—businesslike collection of
it from the Scout—businesslike transmission of
it to the National Office—THAT IS ALL.
But behold how great a matter a little Service
like that keeps going.
