Girl Scout Troop No. 9 met
Thursday evening at the USO
for a party to begin the new*
school year. The largest part of
the evening was spent in play-
ing jolly games. _
Refreshments of Angel Food
and Chocolaet Cake with sher-
bert was served. Business was
discussed, and it was decided to
continue meeting for the pres-
ent at the Baptist church. Work
for the next month will be de-
voted to finishing second class
requirements and the comple-
tion of the plays started last
spring.
