Adjournment. j,
President Wilson to Address
Fourth Annual Meeting
in the White House
THE Fourth Annual Meeting of the National Council
of the Boy Scouts of America will be held on Lin-
coln's Birthday, February 12th, at Washington, D. C.
The President of the United States and also Honorary Presi-
dent of the Boy Scouts of America will make the principal
addresses to the National Council at the White House.
This meeting is for members of the National Council.
Conferences of Scout Masters and Scout Officials are being
arranged to meet in central places throughout the country.
All Local Councils with five or more troops of scouts are
entitled to at least one representative on the National Council
and one additional representative for every thousand boys en-
rolled. If your Council has not elected a member, the matter
should have immediate attention.
During the past few weeks the full capacity of the office
has been taxed in receiving the applications from Scout Masters
and Local Councils for registration. The report which will
be made at the Fourth Annual Meeting will be very en-
couraging.
If your troop has not re-registered, or if your Local Council
has not re-registered, please try to have it accomplished before
February 12th, so that the scout work in which you are inter-
ested will be included in the report to be made at the Fourth
Annual Meeting.
Anniversary Week will be observed throughout the whole
country. Hundreds of ministers and other leaders will publicly
tell of the work that has been accomplished. Let us all unite
in renewing our pledge to be guided by the Scout Oath and
Law, and to do all we can to interest more men to become
Scout Masters and actively engage in scout work.
Remember—
THE BOY OF TO-DAY IS THE MAN OF TO-
MORROW—WORK WITH HIM.
