Photograph of a card stock photo holder that features a two-color illustration of the Cunard Countess, a cruise vessel. The holder is meant for a portrait taken upon entrance to the vessel; this holder came with a portrait of Lorena Harbison and her friends.

League City residents organized the Library in 1971. It was renamed in 1985 in honor of one of the charter members Helen Hall. Today, it's one of the busiest and largest libraries in the Galveston County Library System and is also a member of the Houston Area Library System.
