We promised the Colored people of Dallas a picture
with an ill-Colored cast by June 1st thirty day. ago. We
have fulfilled our promise. Our picture is now buing run
at the Grand Central Theatre Thursday June 1st and
Friday. June 2nd. To the pessimistic agitators and the pe
ople who said "Another promotlou;" "They can't do it" and
"It can't be done" take that br.ck seat and alt down. We
told you that we had twenty-ilve hundred share to offer
to the public and that we were going to sell them In Dal
las. We told you these share were ten dollar par value
' common stock and non-assessable. We told you that when
that first picture wa. produced June 1st our .hare.
. would be twelve dollar and fifty cent. (112.60). We have
done what we .aid we would.
Furthermore we have .old seventeen hundred .hares
to the-Colored people of Dallas and vicinity. Thi. i. the
beginning of the end. In other words this I. an announo
emt-nt of the last chance in which to buy a few of the re-
maining shares to be .old. We have eight hundred to of
fer to you. That' all. When we have clo.ed the book on
this Issue they are closed for good.
A. we told you In the past we are going to tell' you
now. Our second picture which will be a flve.reel feature
entitled THE MAN FROM TEXAS we will have finished
by the first of July r not later than July 15th. On this
day you will pay fifteen or twenty-dollar for that same
share you could have bought for ten and can now buy for
twelve dollars and fifty cents (J12.50). Just remember that
' with the BENROY MOTION PICTURES CORPORATION of
Dallas featuring a! -Colored pictures that we are Just one
of four producing companies in the United State. -with an
out-put for our picture greater than any other Indu.try
of It. kind In America. Ij'our producing companle. with
' eleven hundred picture house throughout the United Stat
es demanding pictures which can only come through these
four companies. STOP LOOK AND THINK. Is there any
other investment on the market with as great possibilities
for big dividend returns a. the company before you. In yo
ur city with the out-put of their product already on the (
market and starting a dividend for you. REMEMBER th
is Is our oply AD we have run of thi. character In which
' to call to your attention your last chance in which to buy
in a growing Independent organisation backed by your
own home people produced by your own home people and
directed by men who can stand the closest investigation.
We know that after you have een thi. picture road our
literature look Into the Inve.tment possibilities you are
going to buy. Just remember we have only eight bu
udred shares to offer you and that is all. Just remember
In all fairness to us that we have given you the first op
portunity In which to buy the remaining share in thi.
organization in which you are getting value received and
a sample of our work In which our dividends are derived
from before you buy. Have you at any time had a propo
aitlon so fairly presented that you can come in on the
ground floor of a growing concern that has passed the or
awllng stage? Is It fair to yourself to pass by an appor-
tunlty for so just a causer We have placed thesejhare.
that they are In easy reach of any man or woman rich
or poor that by a little effort on their part they can be
come associated with an organisation that 1. upbuilding
of their race In every manner. Why hesitate? ;
REMEMBER time like the tide wait for no man. You
who might have been interested some thirty day ago but
held back on your good judgment by that little thought of
fear "maybe I don't think that I can buy right now. but
later on " Is costing you a little more; but that little mor
e means that we have the production we have the market
and the demand we have the product and the money and
probably it I 'Just a. well for you to buy on this Issue
for the simple reason you know it' a bonafled a num
ber one proposition and not a company that' here today
and gone tomorrow. We are starting next week on the ft
ve-reel feature picture. We are picking our cast from our
shareholder.. You may not think you are an actor may
be you're not but we have men who are Judge of that.
So in conclusion we will just say that nothing ventured I.
nothing gained. A wise investment has paid many time
over what poor buy. have paid In the past You can buy
these shares at twelve dollars and fifty cent each pay-
able half down and half In thirty day. If you want more
information on the proposition you can cut out the corner
slip marked information and we will gladly .end you all
data regarding same but Just remember we only have
eight hundred 'share left no more no les. and will refund
