H. B. Boston, Alcx. Hamilton, and R . B. Hudson authorized to erect a pontoon
bridge over the Gvadalupe River at the town of Clinton, and empowered
to collect certain specified tolls for crossings, rates to be doubled when
river rose beyond its banks, crossings free to get to courthouse during
