According to the preface, the documents include information about the Oregon (ship), operations on the Philippine Islands, blockades around Cuba and Porto Rico, the operations and destruction of Rear-Admiral Cervera's squadron, and the coordination of naval operations to convey and land Army troops in Cuba and Porto Rico (p. 3). Index starts on page 717.
