Mr. W. J. Gilbert is at the head of this Depart-
ment. He is familiar with the trade of this country.
He knows the wishes of this Company and acts upon
them. He knows that the Company will not deal in
any but the best quality of goods. He knows that our
wish is to sell goods for spot cash at small profits, and
frequent turn over of capital, and is following instruc-
tions to the letter.
We will make Special prices to Dealers and will turn
