Simpson Grocery Co,
For Á New Court House.
There Is being oirculated and
numerously signed a petition to
the commissioner's aonrfc asking
them to order an election to be
hsld so the people can vote on
the question as to whether or
not the court shall issue bonds
to the amount -of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars for the pur-
pose of erecting a Dew and up-
to-dato court house, If the elec-
tion carries, it is the intention
to spend $90,000 for buildiug a
court house and there will be
left 910,000 with which to furn-
ish it in a suitable and modern
manner.
That a new court house is
needed will be readily admitted
when it is noted that the vault
for keeping deed and mortgage
records is in a crowded con-
dition; the vault in the office of
the district court is filled to over
flowing with infportant- papers
and no room for more of them;
the couuty superintendent of
public instruction has no offtcfe,
but has to stay in the county
judge's office; the tax assessor
ha* no offfoe, and ha? to hold
forth in the sheriff's office; there
is no room for the accomodation
of witnesses when tyey are put
under the rule; room is scarce
for property quartering juries
while the tax collector's office
large enougu for
tight between two torn cats. A
iiHW court house is becoming a
necessity and if one is erected it
will epeak well for the progress
of the county.

Rust Proof Corsets
That Youthful Girlish
Ffgure
Is there a woman who does not wish to
have a youthful figure? It is much more
important than a youthful face. The
mature woman, if she has hekTber lines,
will look young beside her own daughter.
Her figure will stiRJbo youthful and «he may wear
frocks as fascinating as fashion creates.
The form, if shaped with proper corseting, will re-
tain its supple appearance and wonderful pliancy.
The design* of Warner's Corset possess this useful
shapintr power. A Warner's Corset literally makes
over the figure. It strengthens the muscles, beauti-
fies all that nature has given, and the form from the
young girl to the matrou holds its own.
We guarantee Warner's Ccrsets to shape fashion-
ably and cJnfortably, to wear well, not to rust,
