tees of the district hereby created until their terms would expire
as such trustees in accordance with the Laws in relation to
such school districts, and the Acts of the said board of trustees
heretofore done, performed or had in all things ratified, confirmed
and validated.
SEC. 5. That all levies of taxes, all assessments of taxes, all
issuances of bonds, notes, warrants or other obligations made,
done, had or incurred by said Bryson Independent School District
heretofore are hereby ratified, confirmed and validated,
and are hereby declared to apply to and become the acts, obligations,
privileges and liabilities of the Bryson Independent
School District hereby created, the said new district being now
declared to be a continuation and sucession to all intents and
purposes, of the former district heretofore existing under the
name of the Bryson Independent School District, with all of its
rights, duties, obligations and privileges.
SEC. 6. The fact that it is necessary for the Bryson Independent
District to issue bonds at the earliest possible date to
construct proper and suitable buildings creates an emergency
and an imperative public necessity that the constitutional rule
requiring bills to be read on three several days be suspended, and
that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and it is so enacted.
[NOTE.-The enrolled bill shows the foregoing Act passed the
Senate, 30 yeas, 0 nays; passed the House, 102 yeas, 0 nays.]
