PROCLAMATION BY THE (nttrnxxr af f1eifrfate of vxas 41-2961 TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME: Pursuant to Article IV, Section 14, of the Texas Constitution, I, Rick 'erry, Governor of Texas, do hereby disapprove of and veto Senate Bill No. 463 as passed by the Seventy-Eighth Texas Legislature, Regular Session, because of the following objections: Senate Bill No. 463 conflicts with language contained in Senate Bill No. 14, which I have already signed into law. At the author's request, I am vetoing the bill. Since the Legislature by its adjournment has prevented the return of this bill, I anm filing these objections in the office of the Secretary of State and giving notice thereof by this public proclamation according to the aforementioned constitutional provision.
