law with general supervisory authority to instruct said board.
SFC. 5. As soon as may be practicable after the taking effect
of this Act the county judge of Yoakum County, shall order an
election for the purpose of electing seven trustees to serve as trustees
of said independent school district, hereby created, whose terins of
office shall be as follows. The terms of office of the seven trustees
chosen at the first election under this Act shall be divided into
two classe,. and the members shall draw the different classes: the
four drawing the numbers one, two, three and four shall serve
until the regular election of trustees of independent school districts
to be held in the year 1923, and until their successors hall hiavebeen
duly elected and qualified; and the three nmeinhers drawing
the numbers, five, six and seven shall serve until the regullar election
of trustees of independent school districts to be lield in tie
year 1924, and until their successors shall Lave been (ulv elecled
and unalified
