125, 126, and 127 of the L. G. Collins farm lots, about 3000 vrs.
to a point in the south line of Lot 128 of the L. G. Collins farm
lots, for a corner of this district;
Thence S. across the Chas. Hoffman tract at about 5400 vrs.
pass the lowei S. E. corner of said Chas. Hoffman tract, and
N. E. corner of Share No. 1 of the Gavino Morena de Zamora
tract, and continuing south along E. boundary line of said Share
No. 1, at about a total distance of 10,900 vrs. to the S. E. corner
of said Share No. 1, of the Gavino Morena de Zamora tract, to
a point in the N. line of Robert Driscoll tract and S. W. corner
of Dora Lee Blake tract for a corner of this district;
Thence E. along the N. boundary line of Robert Driscoll tract
and south line of Dora Lee Blake and F. Rives tract, about 3900
vrs. to the S. E. corner of said F. Rives' tract and N. E. corner
of Robert Driscoll tract for a corner of this district;
Thence S. 10 W. along the E. boundary line of Robert Driscoll
tract and along what is known as the Driscoll Lane of the AlicePremont
public road at about 9900 vrs. to a turn in said E.
boundary line and road for a corner of this district;
Thence S. along said Alice-Premont public road, about 2000
vrs. to the S. E. corner of Robert Driscoll pasture, a point on
the north boundary line of the J. A. Houghton pasture, for a
corner of this district;
Thence E. along the N. boundary line of J. A. Houghton pasture
about 7300 vrs. to the line of Jim Wells and Kleberg
Counties;
Thence N. about 21,500 vrs. to the inner S. E. corner of Jim
Wells County;
Thence E. about 6400 vrs. to a point where the Alice-Kingsville
public road intersects the line of Jim Wells and Kleberg
Counties;
Thence in a northwesterly direction along the Alice-Kingsville
public road, about 2500 vrs. to the place of beginning.
SEC. 2. The management and control of the public free schools
in said Ben Bolt Independent School District situated in Jim
Wells County, State of Texas, is hereby vested in a board of
trustees, which board shall be composed of seven trustees, as
follows: Fre Knoblet, C. Hurst, Glennon Rover, Mrs. Emma
Smith, Pearley Smith, Mrs. Jessie Hunt, and W. Botard, resident
citizens and qualified voters of said county and State and of said
district, and each of said board of trustees before entering upon
the discharge of his duties, shall make and subscribe to the usual
oath for the faithful performance of his duties as trustee of said
school district.
The first three named shall hold office until the school election
in April 1925, or until their successors are elected and qualified,
and the last four named shall hold their office until the school
election in April 1926, or until their successors are elected and
qualified. All vacancies shall be filled by the remaining members
