"We wanted a pump that was comparable in life to
the life of our equipment. We have a performance Grundfo
warranty that's good for ten years, and feel that the
equipment will easily last twenty.
"So consequently, we were very fussy about
coming up with a pump that we felt could equal
that kind of lifetime. I think we looked at about
every pump on the market.
"We were impressed with the unique design of
the Grundfos circulator-the stainless-steel con-
struction, no seals to wear out, and its self-
lubrication system, which means someone doesn't Rod Oonk

"It's a design that makes you feel confident the Engineer
pump will be there in twenty years.
"Besides the pump's obvious high quality, there
were a number of other factors that convinced us
to go with Grundfos-the pump is UJL listed, which
we felt was an extremely important selling point for
our buyers. Plus, for the head and flow it
produces, it has a very low power con-
sumption ratio, and that's important when
you are selling energy savings.
And lastly-the price -Grundfos
is very competitive."
Those are some of the
reasons why one
solar equipment manufacturer
uses Grundfos circulators. There are
other reasons, and there are many
other solar OEM's who wouldn't
use any other pump than Grundfos.
