The public meeting will review a new Northwest Corridor alignment option serving the Medical Center area. It will also cover engineering plans, station layouts and site options for a DART Transit Operations Facility to store and maintain rail vehicles. DART has been conducting public meetings as part of its two-year planning process for the line. The 17.5-mile Northwest line will run from downtown Dallas north along Harry Hines Boulevard and the former Union Pacific Railroad through Dallas and Farmers Branch to Frankford Road in Carrollton.
