Following is the proposition of the College Park management J. P. Harrison

1st They furnish the Pavillion and Grounds
2 The Pavillion and Grounds and Groves to be lighted well with electric lamps.
3 They are to furnish a good band of music
4 " " " " all the ice water that we may need for the people.
5. They are to furnish all the stock water that may be required to be auled and delivered on the grounds at convenient places.
6 they are to deliver on the grounds all the wood necessary for cooking purposes
7 They are to give 250 Old Settlers a free ride around the Belt Line also they agree to furnish the Committee with the appropriate badges, and those who get this free ride will be presented by the Secretary or any member of the executive Committee or in other words selected by them.
