FELLOWS OF THE
ASSOCIATION
The constitution of the Association provides
that "members who show, by published work,
special aptitude for historical investigation may
become Fellows." Three new Fellows may be
elected each year. New Fellows may also be
elected to replace deceased Fellows. The
Fellows Committee is charged with the task of
seeking qualified candidates but also invites
nominations from Association members. The
committee is not obligated to appoint any new
Fellows if the nominees do not meet the
requirements.
New Fellows will be announced and presented a
certificate at the Fellows' Luncheon held at the
Association's Annual Meeting. Fellows elected
by the current committee will be honored at
the Annual Meeting in March 2001.
Nominations for Fellows to be honored in 2001oo
should be sent to each committee member by
December 31, 2ooo. For addresses of the com-
