Map shows streets by name giving names of the east-west streets before they were
changed to numbers, buildings, trolley lines, parks, creeks, rivers, and railroads.
Map is a black and white drawn picture of Austin showing houses, trees, carriages,
and other details. A note promoting Austin as the coming manufacturing center
of the south is undersigned by the Austin Rapid Transit Railway Company, The
Board of Trade. On the reverse side of the map is an enlargement of Hyde Park
Addition and an inset of the City Dam and Lake, Austin, Texas. Size: 261/4 inches
x 38/4 inches.
