Since ceremonial robes are somewhat warmer than suits,
the temperature at city council chambers in Dallas is
reduced to a cool 68 degrees for a visit by Sir Robert
Bellinger, Lord Mayor of London. Sir Robert is in
Dallas for a series of appearances in connection with
the English Fortnight, sponsored by Neiman Marcus. The
